Trouble Shooting


I have experienced technical problems, how do I report it?
Send us an email at support@talkoutmobile.com with the following information:

a) your Talk Out Mobile member name or ID;
b) nature of problem;
c) destination number or Talk Out Mobile member ID you attempted to call;
d) date and time of the call.

Details are COMPULSORY, as we must have specific information on your technical problem to resolve the issue. Once your trouble ticket report has been completed and submitted with the above information, we will attend to it immediately.

How do I know if you have solved my technical problem?
If the problem has been fixed, what ever was defective, will operate normally. We don’t send any confirmation that a problem has been corrected, just retry the service at a later time. If on the other hand, the technical problem persists, appropriate notification will be sent on the status of your trouble ticket until it has been resolved.
